We are rolling out a DNS change today, November 3, to route traffic for our authentication and billing webhook services through an additional content delivery and security layer. This adds DDoS protection, web application firewall capabilities, and edge caching.
We do not expect any downtime. However, as a precaution, you may notice brief delays or errors in the following areas while the change is applied:
- Single sign-on (SSO) login and authentication flows - SAML federation and session creation - Billing and subscription event processing
Our team is monitoring error rates and application logs during and after the change. If we see any increase in errors, we will roll back the DNS change right away. We will post an update here when the change is complete.
