We'll be doing a maintenance to improve the security and reliability of several of our services. We don't expect any downtime, and you shouldn't need to do anything.
Services in scope: - Account login and authentication (single sign-on included) - Account and product management - Billing and payment notifications - Customer support portal (viewing and submitting tickets)
What you might notice: During the window, a small number of users may briefly see login errors, slow page loads or failed requests. If that happens, refreshing the page or trying again after a few minutes should fix it.
We'll watch our services closely throughout the work and post an update here when it's finished. If you keep having problems after the window, please contact our support team.
