Customers on cluster 3 may have experienced some brief latency at 1:10PM ET time today. Our automated systems failed over to backup services as they are designed to do at that time. The issue was then escalated to our engineers who mitigated the issue and restored primary systems about 20 minutes later.

We continue to monitor the situation. If any customers are still experiencing issues, please open a support ticket so we can investigate that particular case.
