Yesterday, February 23rd, around 2:00pm EST - our network monitoring tools have detected some intermittent network issues impacting one of our North America POPs, in west coast region that has resulted in degraded performance. The issue was localized only in that specific region and was related to some upstream network's issues outside our infra It is already normalized, but our network engineering team are continuing to investigate the issue and monitoring everything.
