We identified an issue with our upstream provider and believe this issue to be resolved now. We will continue to monitor the issue before closing it.

We are aware of an issue affecting firewall customer dashboards at this time. We are investigating and will provide updates as more information becomes available.

No firewall, malware, or backup services are affected by this issue.
